CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Locations – Gardena, CA

Who We Are Looking For

An upbeat and energetic professional with 2+ years experience in management, customer service or administrative support. This position will require someone with strong organization skills. You will be working with our sales team, internal staff and customers to ensure our customers experience outstanding service. The position will require someone with college level writing skills, strong computer skills in a variety of programs and the ability to work with clients in a pro-active and engaging manner. The duties will provide you with an opportunity for growth, possibly into sales or management. We are only seeking candidates looking for a long term career.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • ·Confirming Client Orders
  • ·Fielding Technical Requests from Clients
  • ·Resolving Shipping Errors Promptly
  • ·Coordinating with Internal departments on samples, technical requests, delayed orders
  • ·Analyzing current systems and implementing improved procedures
  • ·Attending 4-5 Trade shows per year
  • ·Occasional Visits with a Member of the Sales Team to Major Customers
