A Novel Customer Service Representative must be an upbeat, energetic professional with an engaging, proactive demeanor. You must be able to interact with the sales team and internal staff, as well as our customers, to deliver outstanding service. In this position, you will confirm orders, field technical requests, and promptly resolve shipping errors. You will coordinate with internal departments regarding samples, technical requests, ingredient delays and attend four to five trade shows each year. Occasionally, you will be called on to visit major customers with members of the sales team. Equally important, you will analyze current systems and suggest/implement improved procedures. Outstanding Customer Service Representatives have the potential to advance into sales or management positions at Novel.
